Computer Repair

This starts with checking in your machine for a 24-48 hour diagnosis. Please provide our front counter staff, who are ready to document your issue, with as much detail as possible about the problem so we can provide you with the best service possible. In addition, our technician will provide you with the tips to maintain your computer after repair.

Operating System Re-installation

This is also known as a Clean Installation. When your computer has been infected with viruses and has damaged your operating system beyond fixing, a clean installation may be required. We do all the work for you including Operating System installation and all updates for you.

Malware and Spyware Removal

These infections create serious threats to your computer and can essentially steal your personal information. Most Malware or Spyware is completely hidden and they run on your system silently while trying to steal your passwords, credit card numbers, bank account information and your identity. You may be receiving annoying pop-ups, or perhaps your hard drive is constantly working (you can hear it clicking). These can be signs that your computer is infected with spyware. We are also able to recommend virus protection software and steps to take to reduce risk.

Liquid / Water Damage Repair

When something is spilled on your laptop, most people would clean the surface of the computer and then try to turn it on. This is not recommended. Turning your machine on can cause the circuitry to short rendering the components useless. We recommend turning your machine off – removing the battery if possible and bring it in for our experienced technicians to inspect it for you. Replacement parts maybe required to resolve liquid damage.

Computer Upgrades

Don't fix it if it isn't broken! Our technicians are here to advise you if your machine needs upgrading or not. However, upgrading components is a great way to speed-up your machine and avoid having to buy a new computer. In most cases installing extra memory (RAM), a faster CPU, a new hard drive and or new GPU / video card can significantly speed up your system.
