Warranty Service
Beats Audio is part of the Apple range of products, and eStorm Service Centre is the company to help with any issues you may have. We offer Beats by Dre repairs on products including headphones, earphones, Pill speakers and other products from the Beats Audio range.
We offer on-the-spot diagnosis for the Beats by Dre audio range. Once a fault is diagnosed, we will then order parts from Apple. This repair process takes 4-5 business days.
If we are unable to perform a repair on your Beats by Dre product, we will request a replacement from Apple.
Non-Warranty Service
As an Apple Service Provider, eStorm Service Centre is able to perform Beats by Dre repairs or replacements for your Beats earphones, headphones or speakers at a service fee.
