As an Authorised Apple Repairer, if your iPad is still under warranty through Apple's Limited Warranty, AppleCare, AppleCare+ or Australian Consumer Law then we are able to arrange a replacement iPad for you.

We offer on-the-spot diagnosis to discover faults with your iPad. Once a diagnosis has been made and a fault confirmed we will then submit a request to have a replacement iPad sent from Apple.
In warranty service repairs are covered under the Apple iPad replacement program (some exceptions may apply). Please note that repairs take 1-2 business days.
Before you visit
Follow these steps before you take your device to an Apple Authorised Service Provider or carrier.
If your device won't turn on or respond, finish as many steps as possible:
- Back up your iOS device.
- Have your Apple ID password For some repairs, you'll need your Apple ID password to erase your device and turn off Find My iPhone. Click here for more information
- Bring your device and any accessories you need help with.
- Bring a form of personal identification, like a driver’s license, passport, or other government-issued ID.

Our iPad Repair Pricing
AppleCare+ includes unlimited incidents of accidental damage coverage, which may be used for screen repairs or a full iPad exchange. AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss additionally includes coverage for up to two incidents of theft/loss every 12 months.
Each incident is subject to a $65 service fee.
$49 for 20 minutes - this includes troubleshooting any issues relating to iOS, iCloud, and any applications or software on your device.
Diagnosis - Non Warranty iPad Repairs
If your iPad is not covered by an Apple warranty and the issue is not immediately clear, there is an upfront $55.00 fee to diagnose the fault and provide a quotation for any service or repair required.
