We offer on-the-spot diagnosis of a fault with your iPad. Once a diagnosis has been made and a fault confirmed we will then submit a request to have a replacement iPad sent from Apple.
In warranty service repairs are covered under the Apple iPad replacement program, some exceptions may apply. Please note that repairs take 1-2 business days.
Before you visit:
Follow these steps before you take your device to an Apple Authorised Service Provider or carrier.
If your device won't turn on or respond, finish as many steps as possible:
- Back up your iOS device.
- Have your Apple ID password For some repairs, you'll need your Apple ID password to erase your device and turn off Find My iPhone.Click here for more information
- Bring your device and any accessories that you need help with.
- Bring a form of personal identification, like a driver’s license, passport, or other government-issued ID.
$30 for 20 minutes - this includes troubleshooting any issues relating to iOS, iCloud, and any applications on your device.
