Apple iPads need to be serviced with genuine parts to retain warranty. We only use Apple genuine parts and can deal with most minor problems in store.
For more serious damage your iPad may need to be exchanged which we can facilitate at a competitive exchange price.
As per Apple specifications, unfortunately broken screens can only be repaired by Apple themselves. We also arrange exchanges through Apple Sydney. For this, please allow 4-5 days to be processed. If you require engraving, this can take up to 2 weeks
