Warranty Service
As an Authorised Apple Repairer if your Apple Watch is still under warranty through Apple's Limited Warranty, AppleCare, AppleCare+ or Australian Consumer Law then we are able to arrange a replacement for you.

We offer on-the-spot diagnosis of a fault with your Apple Watch with repairs taking 4-5 days. Once a diagnosis has been made and a fault confirmed we will then submit a request to have a replacement Apple Watch sent from Apple.
Please note your original Apple Watch is required to be sent back to Apple.
Out of Warranty Service
If your watch is out of Warranty you may be able to get an out of warranty service. Please ask in store.
