Apple Repairs | Warranty & Non-warranty Services
Dealing with a broken or faulty device is a massive inconvenience, which is why we aim to provide you with a timely, seamless, and hassle-free repair experience.
As an Apple Authorised Service Provider, we can provide both in and out of warranty repairs and replacements! Your Apple device comes with an Apple Warranty that can be honoured at any Authorised Service Centre or Apple store across the globe. Therefore, if your device is still covered by Apple Standard Warranty or AppleCare+, we can process repairs free of charge, given there are no signs of accidental damage (accidental damage will be subject to service fees). This is included for iPhone repairs, iPad repairs, and Mac repairs!
When you purchase an Apple hardware product, you receive coverage from the Apple One-Year Limited Warranty - check to see if your device is still under warranty. You can also obtain additional benefits by purchasing the optional AppleCare Protection Plan.
Should your product be defective, you can choose to make a claim under Australian consumer law on the Apple One-Year Limited Warranty or the optional AppleCare Protection Plan (whichever is applicable).
Our Apple services for warranty hardware issues are performed at no charge!
Data transfers and backups on warranty repairs are charged under Apple Warranty, but AppleCare does not cover software or OS installations.
If you need an Apple accessory such as your Mac mouse, Mac keyboard, power adaptor or Apple battery replaced, please bring the accessory along with your computer to the Service Centre store. Our technicians must evaluate the in-warranty device and, in some cases, test the computer itself to ensure it is not the basis of the issue with your Apple accessory.
