We first confirm its covered under a warranty period, if so we will take it off your hands, Give you a service receipt, Our technicians will perform a diagnosis on the unit and if its deemed as faulty from a manufacturing defect we will send it off for repair to the Apple repair Centre.

With all beats products a original proof of purchase (receipt) is required, If you have misplaced this you can contact the place of purchase for them to issue a new one prior to making it into the store.

All Beats repairs are mailed in to the Apple Repair Centre. This process can take 5 business days.
